We are based in Newquay, the heart of Cornish coasteering. This enables us to be able to get out and spend a lot of time coasteering all over Cornwall.
Vertical Descents can offer tailor made coasteering sessions available to everyone all over Cornwall. From the east coast of St Austell Bay around to the south end of The Lizard and Penzance to the north coast from St Ives to Bude. Wherever you are we can come and take you on a great adventure.

What do we need to bring? | Something to wear under a wetsuit, swimming attire is best(!), some trainers (to get wet), a towel and warm clothes for afterwards. Sense of adventure and fun. If you are booked on to full day trip please bring food and water for the day. |
