What do we need to bring? Something to wear under a wetsuit, swimming attire is best(!), some old trainers (don't worry if you don't have any, we have a selection at the centre), a towel and warm clothes for afterwards. Sense of adventure and fun. If you are booked on to full day trip please bring food and water for the day.
