|Who?||Minimum age is 16. Previous white water river experience is preferrable. You do not need to be particularly fit, however you do need to be physically and mentally able to be comfortable in this sort of outdoor environment.|
|What do we need to bring?||All specialist equipment included in price.
Something to wear under a wetsuit, swimming attire is best(!), some old trainers (don't worry if you don't have any, we have a selection at the centre), a towel and warm clothes for afterwards. Sense of adventure and fun.
